The Role

• Engage with clients and candidates within the energy, engineering, construction, and technology sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service.

• Degree-educated with a competitive and ambitious nature, ideally with a background in sports or notable achievements.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
